Service Description
This tailored package includes: Initial 60-minute consultation where we dive deep into your health goals, current lifestyle, and set a personalized action plan. Fortnightly follow-up Zoom consultations to refocus, troubleshoot challenges, adjust your plan, and set new goals as needed. Each session is designed to keep you on track and moving forward. Text message accountability, so you’ll have ongoing support and motivation right at your fingertips between sessions. Customized recommendations, including all pdf information carefully chosen to support your unique wellness journey.
