Service Description

A coaching session is the perfect opportunity for individuals and families to receive one-on-one private time with Julie Certified GAPS* Coach. The session is all about addressing your questions and concerns as they relate to your journey on GAPS* and holistic wellness. Upon booking the session you will be asked to fill out a form indicating which topics you would like addressed. Please note that your information is private, and you have the freedom to choose how much information you wish to disclose. Includes two (2) follow-up correspondence/emails after the session.
